Richard Duffy

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Richard is a Director in our Deal Advisory department. For over 16 years his focus has been on advising clients on their financial and commercial needs both here in Ireland and internationally. Richard's experience covers a wide variety of transactions involving merger & acquisition, IPOs, fundraisings, restructuring and MBOs.

SERVICES AND SPECIALISM

Richard is particularly active in supporting clients in raising funds for the refinancing of their businesses and securing expansion capital for high growth oriented companies. He is well networked amongst the debt and private equity community.

Richard has extensive sector experience in agri-food, manufacturing, TMT, healthcare, leisure & entertainment, engineering, retail and business services. 

As Head of Advisory for BDO's Agri-Food Team, he has advised on many of the leading transactions within the sector.

Richard is the Ireland representative for the BDO Global Deal Advisory Financial Services Group.

Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
