Stephen McCallion

Executive Summary

Stephen is an Audit Partner who has 15 years’ experience working across a wide range of clients including Technology and Software, Insurance, Professional Services, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing industries.

Stephen is the firms International Liaison Partner and is the firms primary contact person for all international business matters across our network of 164 countries.

Services & Specialism 

A significant number of Stephens clients are international groups including listed entities, subsidiaries of large multinational groups, and indigenous companies. He also has significant experience in the provision of services to groups with international operations and SEC/SOX compliance. He has worked both as a parent auditor to a number of international groups as well as a component auditor reporting to group auditors.

Stephen leads the technical training group for BDO in Ireland and regularly advises non audit clients on non audit matters such as GAAP conversion, IFRS implementation and adoption of new standards.

Stephen was a member of the CSR Committee from 2016 to 2022.
