Our client required an expansion on their existing HRIS functionality to fully utilize the extensive array of HR services readily available within the system portal employee self-service account. The undertaking of this project was carried out in an effort to streamline business processes across the entire organisation. Prior to the updated roll–out, only online payslips were accessible to employees from an employee portal account. The client recognised the benefit of enabling the managerial activities to be performed via an online portal account which would allow for real-time decision making; supported across the entire business.
Mobilisation & Requirements Gathering - we developed a strong working relationship with the client as an implementation partner of CoreHR. Our team worked closely with the client during the discovery phase to design a solution that would incorporate all current processes within CoreHR.
System Build - a prototype of the new solution was configured, including additional functionality, that was in-line with the new business requirements that the client previously did not have .The additional functionality included employee service options such as leave tracking, geo-clocking , viewing rosters and shift swaps. It also enabled the same enhanced functionality for managers; as well as analytics on key metrics.
Training & User Acceptance Testing Support - the client received detailed and structured training on all new functionality introduced as part of the project rollout. Process documentation was created to help the client define their end-to-end processes and to train end users.
System Go Live & Implementation - working with the client, we put together a plan to prepare their workforce for the new way of working and to ensure its successful adoption. This resulted in a smooth roll out of the Workforce Management solution to the wider business.
Client Satisfaction - The client was delighted with the end result as we enabled them to transition from admin-heavy, system orientated tasks to a more user-friendly, online employee self-service portal account.
Client Engagement - the training and collateral provided by the BDO Eaton Square team gave the client great confidence when moving forward with internal training.
Business Improvements - the client was able to implement more efficient business processes with a better utilised support system.
