Ei Electronics

BDO Corporate Finance provided financial advisory support to Ei Electronics with the acquisition of CUBE, a leading provider of design, print and packaging solutions. 

Deal consideration was not disclosed.

Ei Electronics is a Shannon-based manufacturer of smoke alarms, carbon-monoxide detectors and connected-home safety products. The business is owned by Michael Guinee, James Duignan and Martha Duignan. In 2025 the business reported turnover in excess of €420m.

CUBE is a Limerick-based provider of design, print, packaging, inventory-management and fulfilment services. The business was majority owned by Brendan Ring. CUBE does not report turnover or EBITDA information.
