Equine Care Group (ECG), established in 2021 by Dr. Tom Mariën and Dr. Frederik Bruyninx, is a veterinarian-led international network offering a broad spectrum of equine healthcare—including hospitals, ambulatory services, laboratories, and nutritional supplements. ECG treats over 50,000 horses annually across more than 70 countries.
EquiVET Ireland, founded in 2008 by Dr. Marcus Swail, is a leading Irish equine veterinary practice specializing in equine sports medicine, lameness diagnostics, performance evaluation, and pre‑purchase examinations. The clinic — staffed by four highly experienced veterinarians — has a strong reputation, notably supporting Team Ireland’s showjumping, dressage, and eventing athletes at all levels.
