Expanded collaboration between BDO and Microsoft set to benefit clients worldwide

Vancouver – October 24^th, 2023 – BDO announced today at their Global Leadership Summit that Microsoft will be their strategic partner to secure and transform their business. The collaboration will benefit Microsoft and BDO clients in the mid and enterprise markets, as well as continuing the digital transformation of BDO’s own business.

BDO’s 2023 Techtonic States study highlights that 84% of mid-market business leaders see the successful implementation of security and AI as mission critical. To meet these emerging needs, the collaboration will combine the best of BDO’s trusted services and Microsoft’s Cloud, Security and AI solutions. For BDO this collaboration is set to drive a US$1B growth opportunity globally.

Over the next 3 years,

• BDO teams will further extend the operation of BDO’s Microsoft Advisory Services to provide clients with deeper access to more than 10,000 experienced BDO technology Consulting professionals to meet changing demands.
• Microsoft will work with BDO to train more than 5,000 BDO professionals on Microsoft technologies to accelerate the development of key solutions over the next five years.
