Dublin, 25 August 2025 – BDO Ireland has announced the appointment of Sinead Wallace as a Director and Head of the firm’s Executive Search & Advisory team, enhancing its capability to support clients through their recruitment challenges.

Sinead is a highly accomplished Senior Director with extensive expertise in the Irish and European Executive Search and Advisory sectors. She demonstrates a strong track record in executive leadership, commercial strategy, and business transformation. Sinead is recognised for delivering impactful talent solutions at C Suite across diverse industries and geographies, with a particular focus on strategic growth and international expansion.

Sinead has successfully scaled multi-sector, multi-disciplinary businesses across several international markets, consistently delivering high performance in competitive environments.

She is a specialist in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), having led national and cross-border talent acquisition initiatives for both start-ups and expansion projects.

And our new Director has extensive experience managing offices and leading business development efforts across numerous European countries over an eight-year period, resulting in a robust and far-reaching professional network.
