Brian Keegan

Brian is an Audit Director in the Financial Services audit group with more than 12 years of specialised experience in the asset and wealth management industry.
 

Services & Specialism

Brian has a proven track record in managing large-scale audits for a wide range of onshore and offshore clients including complex UCITS and AIF structures, distressed debt, private equity, real estate and loan origination funds. He also has extensive experience auditing large and small fund management companies and a variety of special purpose vehicles.

Brian holds deep technical knowledge of Irish GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements within the Irish and international financial sectors.

He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with a Master of Accounting from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
