Clare McDonald joined BDO Ireland as the Director and Head of Business Solutions and Payroll department, which provides a range of business support services to leading Foreign Direct Investment companies entering the Irish market, as well as to International and Domestic businesses operating in Ireland.    

With over 20 years’ experience in the global Foreign Direct Investment sector, Clare has a proven track record in delivering strategic staffing, recruitment, and outsourced payroll solutions for some of the world’s most prominent organisations — from established industry leaders to high-potential start-ups.
