Jim Hamilton

Jim Hamilton has extensive experience gained over the past 30 years in providing advisory and recovery solutions to businesses and financial institutions. He is a specialist in corporate recovery and restructuring and has acted as receiver, liquidator or examiner to hundreds of entities in both the private and public sector.

Services & Specialism

Recent appointments include acting as receiver and liquidator of a number of large property development connections and high-profile liquidations.

Jim is also jointly responsible for the firm’s significant presence in the ‘Solvent’ Members Voluntary Liquidation market, acting for various types of shareholders and administrators in this field.

Jim is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of RII (Recovery & Restructuring Ireland – Formerly the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners).
