Michelle Keane

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Michelle joined BDO as a trainee and completed her Masters in Management and Corporate Governance with the University of Ulster in 2014. Michelle is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and is a member of the BDO leadership team.

Michelle provides corporate secretarial services and support to Irish and international companies at all stages from start up to wind down. Michelle has experience working closely with the Chairperson of various boards, panels and committees regularly attending such meetings and taking responsibility for all governance duties relating to same.

SERVICES & SPECIALISM

Michelle manages a number of clients across a broad range of sectors including property, renewable energy, pharmaceutical, retail and technology. These range from small start-up firms to large organisations.

Michelle regularly advises clients in relation to annual compliance requirements in Ireland, the UK and the Isle of Man. She has also been involved in reorganisations, company reduction, domestic mergers, share capital transactions and can assist clients on company secretarial matters from incorporation to dissolution.

In recent years, Michelle has also been involved in the operation of a number of largescale projects with responsibility for designing processes, advising prominent Irish financial institutions and delivering project specific training.
