Paul is a Partner in the Taxation department and has over 15 years' tax experience advising multi-national corporations, owner-managed companies and high net worth private individuals.
 

SERVICES & SPECIALISM

Paul has a high level of expertise in advising clients on corporate restructuring, inward and outward investment, transfer pricing and the exploitation of intellectual property.

Paul also manages the taxation consequences of the transfer of valuable family assets, including trading private companies, to the next generation as part of structured processes of succession.

Paul graduated from the University of Limerick with a B.A. in Law and Accounting in 1997. He is an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute. Paul has lectured extensively for the Institute and given seminars on their behalf to industry bodies and the Department of Finance. Paul is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Paul is co-author of Practice Income Tax - The Professional's Guide, an essential guide for Chartered Tax Advisers and other professionals completing annual tax returns.
