Seán O’Brien

Seán is a Director in the Transaction Services team and has 10+ years of experience in the transactions space advising private equity, corporate and government clients. Seán is a fellow of the ACCA and holds a diploma in corporate finance. 
 

Services & Specialism

Seán has experience in advising local, UK and international private equity clients through the provision of buy-side financial due diligence services related to proposed acquisitions locally and worldwide. He is sector-agnostic and has worked on transactions across various sectors, including TMT, consumer products, HVAC, manufacturing, and logistics, among others.

Seán has also advised many corporate clients through providing vendor financial due diligence services relating to proposed disposals of their business or businesses within their portfolio.

Seán has worked with government bodies by providing financial due diligence services related to entities in which these bodies fund or are considering their funding allocation.
