Ursula has extensive knowledge in Corporate Governance, Corporate Re-Structuring and the provision of Statutory Compliance from small to medium-large private and public companies. Ursula is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Together with the management of a large, varied portfolio of companies across a diversity of sectors, Ursula has had a particular focus in developing innovative solutions for corporate structures involving corporate secretarial advice and company formations in various jurisdictions.
