BDO Transaction Services provided financial and tax due diligences services to HT Group on its 75% acquisition of Lifeline Ambulance Services.

HT Group is the leading medical transport company in Spain and the second largest in Europe including operations in Portugal and the UK.

Lifeline Ambulance Service is an Irish company led by David Hall, employing approximately 200 people and provides a range of non-emergency ambulance services, including patient and organ transport, as well as emergency medical technician training.
