BDO Corporate Finance advises RILTA Environmental on its merger with Enva

BDO Corporate Finance were delighted to act for the owners of Rilta and ClearCircle NI, a hazardous and specialist waste group, in respect of the sale of the ultimate ownership of the companies to Enva, backed by Exponent Private Equity. Completion of the transaction will be subject to approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) in Ireland.

Our Corporate Finance team previously advised the current owners in their successful MBO leading to the acquisition of a majority interest by them in Rilta and ClearCircle NI from One51 Group plc which completed in April 2017.
